We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can continue offering excellent service to all of our clients, please note the following: Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. For no-shows, a 100% charge may apply. 15 minutes-20 minutes late: $20 added to total 25-30 minutes late: charged as a no call no show and appointment will be cancelled. Please show up on time! Deposits: For some services, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
